Allen and I are married. And expecting a girl in September. Her first name is Phoenix.

And I am leaving the navy in July. Allen messed up his knee in BUDS and was discharged last August while I was in bootcamp. Ironic I think.

Aloha, from Kansas.

Not much in the way of news I suppose.

I tried out for Beauty and The Beast yesterday. It went...odd...

Half of my audition was spent singing tenor in an incredibly loud belt. People, I'm a sophrano.

But stupid little me put on the "Talents" section of my resume that I can sing tenor. Didn't even think about it. So I am left to wonder if they simply wanted to see if I was lying or if they are cross-casting. We shall see...

Tonight is my vocal recital, and finals begin on Thursday. They will be simple and I don't have anything terrible to study for really. I have a 15 min motivational speech on Friday, but thats about it.

I feel very tired today.

Allen started BUDS yesterday. If it comes to mind please pray for better communication between the two of us. We have a problem with it...

I'm quite sorry this post is not amusing. Bonnie just reminded me of Xanga last night and I thought I would stop by and say hello...perhaps I will be back later with lots of drama and hilariouty!

Hi...hi...hi...I'VE BEEN GONE FOR A WHILE *sings that very loudly*

I'm alive.

I joined the Navy.

Aircrew! Hooray! Planes and distant countries! And aircraft carriers...blegh!

I will leave PROBLY at the end of this semester.

I am dying in school this year - I don't enjoy it as much as I should.

I still work here at the school.

My family is all alive and well.

Allen is off training for the Navy SEALs.

I didn't join the Navy because of him (just to clear that up right off the bat here, people. He and I have talked about joining the military since FOREVER, I just wanted to go Marines and he wanted to go Army. But the Army treated him like crap and the Marines DQed me for a retarded medical reason and we both ended up in the Navy instead - a branch neither of us had ever considered all through high school. Funny how God decides to change your mind...)

I hope you are all doing alright! I don't know how many people do Xanga anymore...I am a facebook addict now...NOT GONNA DENY IT!

I'm alive?

OK! I'M ALIVE!!

And doing alright, actually. School (only 17 hrs. this semester), work (workstudy at the college, cushy college job, nice), theatre (have a lead in the fall musical), and life in general (my car isn't working right now. I got a ride to school from my grandmother this morning because she rocks).

Anyway...not much more to report.

My most humble apologies. I have disappeared and not visited here in a terribly long time. Life has just been very busy and...I have no life outside of theatre. I didn't even know the xanga home page layout anymore. Sad...terribly sad...

So. Updates!

I leave for Chicago this Thursday evening. The theatre group is going there for the weekend and will be seeing "Wicked", which I am pretty much very excited about.

I will be playing Beatrice in Shakespeare's play "Much Ado About Nothing". Hooray.

And...Well...lets see..."Moon Over Buffalo" went well, save for the light board crashing at intermission of the last show and running the rest of the show with accent lights. That was a stage managers worst nightmare, BUT I SURVIVED! *cackles evily* Ahem...

Anyways...I don't really know what to say. Except that I am alive and I'm very sorry and Bonnie! I need to call you!!

I have disappeared off the face of the earth.

BWAHAHAHAAA!!! Obviously not.

Sort of. Sorry guys. I just...just...yeah.

NOTE: Bonnie!! Yes! I got your present *laughs*! Thankyouthankyouhthankyouthankyou! I will call you, just finding a good time to do so is a little tricky. Actually I think I will tomorrow afternoon! WEEHEE!

School is soon. And my loverly new job is...loverly I suppose.

That thing with the two boys who were kidnapped and found again and one of the kids had been gone for 4 years...yeah...that was weird. And I struggle to understand how someone could keep you for 4 years and you...don't...I dunno...ya know? Whisper to a passing grocery clerk that you were the kid they had been looking for, so call the police pronto. I just...ya know? Crash your car if someone is abducting you in your own vehicle! Just...stuff...I dunno...I just...can you just...alright?! How would that feel to see pictures in the newspaper and read articles of vigils that people attended for you?

Can't wait for introduction to Astronomy!

And its really cold. I'm slowly dying. Its a little...disconcerting. Plus I went to a flute concerto last night - MWF people, you should be proud - and it was grand!

Next semester, if I would just not be lazy and take 21 hours, I could actually graduate Fall of 2007. Will I? No. Should I? Yes.

Classes are as follows (you will see I truly am a slacker)

MWF (not to be confused with MasterWorks Festival)

9:00 - Intro to Astronomy
10:00 - Elementary Algebra (I passed Pre-A with an A!! I'm so excited...)
11:00 - Acting
12:00- Hahahaa! Dropped that class like scrambled eggs on a hot day!)
1:00 - Choir
2:00-4:30 - Job (on campus! I got the job! Once again, excited!)

Tues and Thurs

9:30-10:50 - Intro to Astronomy
11:00 - General Psychology

Fitness (Oooo...I have to work out. What fun!)
Travel Class (don't even ask, alright...)

Only 19 measly hours. If I didn't drop History, I would have 22. And I could graduate next semester. But...eehh...hhmm...I am too darned lazy.

"Moon Over Buffalo" is set for spring play.

Plus I got the on campus job. As I said before...

And I have a "B" in Music Theory AND in Ear Training. "A"s in everything else. Which leaves me with a overall grade of 3.8

Not what I was lookin for, but its enough for me for now. Until next semester...

Last week of school.

Court date tomorrow for that silly thing in August. Retarded.

I am supposed to have those scripts memorized by tomorrow. Have I touched them? No. Will I? Should.

I need more money.

I also would like to be a kid again.

I was talking to Rachel last night and just started freaking out about how old I am and how life is so serious and she was like "Just go, watch a Disney movie, and forget about it. Don't study, don't worry, don't do homework, do nothing. Just watch the movie."

And I did. And it was nice.

And my pastor said something that blew me away yesterday.

"And sometimes I just sit there crying frustrated saying "God! I wanna be with you! How can I be with You?!!" and most of the time He says "You are right now."
